I know houses literally from the inside-out and from top-to-bottom -- in addition to being a Realtor, I am a licensed professional inspector, having inspected more than 9000 houses, historical structures, duplexes, apartments and commercial properties during a successful career over more than 20 years.

As an Austin resident for more than 35 years, and a UT graduate, I have become very knowledgeable about Austin's neighborhoods and history.

I love Austin and have given many years to it as a volunteer, leading efforts to preserve historical buildings and neighborhoods, and received an award for environmental protection.
